1. Agreement
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Christian Dad Daily mobile application (“App”) and related services (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Christian Dad Daily provides a daily devotional experience designed for Christian fathers, including scripture-based content, journaling or notes features where offered, reminders, and related functionality. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & pricing
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. As offered in the App (pricing may be shown in your local currency by Apple):
- Annual Premium: USD $69.99 per year, including a 7-day free trial when offered at signup for eligible new subscribers.
- Monthly Premium: USD $9.99 per month.
Apple may display applicable taxes or regional pricing. Your payment relationship for in-app subscriptions is with Apple under Apple’s terms.
5. Auto-renewal (important)
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription automatically renews for the same plan and duration. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price unless Apple or applicable law requires otherwise.
Apple subscription disclosure. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before the trial ends, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited when your paid subscription begins, as described at the time of purchase in the App Store flow.
6. Free trial
When a 7-day free trial is available for the annual plan, it begins when you confirm the trial through the App Store. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings before the trial ends. Apple determines trial eligibility and billing timing.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period; you generally retain access through the end of the period you already paid for.
How to cancel (iOS): On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Christian Dad Daily → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app under your account.
We do not control Apple’s billing systems. For refund requests, follow Apple’s process (e.g., Apple Billing & Subscriptions).
8. License to the App
Subject to these Terms, Christian Dad Daily LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the App except where prohibited law applies, or use the Service in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including content, branding, software, and design, is owned by Christian Dad Daily LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Christian Dad Daily LLC and its owners, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where law does not permit such limitations.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Effective date” above. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless law requires otherwise.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where Apple’s required terms apply to App Store purchases. Courts in Colorado shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.
17. Apple-specific acknowledgment
If you obtained the App from Apple, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Christian Dad Daily LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms solely as needed to enforce Apple’s rights.
